I have used Safelight in the past and knew they are my go to window place. Scheduling is super easy, they send reminders and send you a Pic and name of the tech coming to you. The Techs are always very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone who needs their windows replaced or repaired. 10 out of 10 for sure!!

The technician, Braedon, made the process easy for me. I was able to schedule my windshield replacement right through the Geico app. Communication was great - not too much or two little. Braedon did a great job and thoroughly explained what to look for in case there are any issues although I don’t believe there will be any. The convenience of having the work done in my office parking lot was was a great bonus. I highly recommend Safelight.

Easy to navigate and submit for repairs. Daniel was timely with arrival. Kept me updated with what was being done. My son unfortunately has had to use several times, but highly recommended! I certainly high recommend.

Fortunately, Enterprise was able to get everything sorted out, and arranged a shuttle to take me to pick up the rental. The repair itself went smoothly, and the body shop had my car ready for pickup on 6/30/26. Unfortunately, another issue arose: the shop never received payment for the services rendered, in which I had to call Safelite corporate, yet again. Ian had apparently "forgotten" to authorize payment to the repair shop—his explanation to Safelite Corporate. As expected, the shop refused to release my vehicle until payment was received. Rather than immediately resolving the issue, Ian called the shop and attempted to persuade them to release my car without payment, whic
